This Raclette cheese has a thin, brownish-orange colored rind, and a yellow-ivory creamy texture. It has a strong and very aromatic taste with a milky, fruity aroma and a sweet taste. It's made with thermalized cows milk, which means it's not heated up as much as pasteurized. This keeps more of the flavor.
